About the role
We're looking for a hyper-ambitious student with a growth hacker mindset. You'll work directly with the founders to grow stagewise through a mix of SEO, GEO, content, outbound initiatives, community building, and creative growth experiments. You'll have significant freedom to develop ideas, drag our team in front of the camera, test strategies, and execute them independently.

- Bachelor's or Master's student looking for a mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum)
- Available full-time for at least 3 months
- Able to regularly work in our office in Bielefeld
- Excellent English skills
- Basic German skills
