About the role
The Manager, Facilities is responsible for supporting safe, reliable, and well-coordinated facility operations across Standard Nuclear's Idaho campus. This role owns facilities support, preventive maintenance coordination, equipment and building maintenance planning, utility coordination, fleet maintenance, and response to unscheduled maintenance needs. This role is based on-site at Standard Nuclear's Idaho campus and involves work across office, facility, shop, vehicle, equipment, and controlled environments.

- Develop, schedule, and maintain preventive maintenance activities for equipment, building systems, vehicles, and support infrastructure
- Coordinate planned and unplanned maintenance work with operations, engineering, safety, and other site teams
- Track maintenance status, open work items, equipment readiness, repair needs, and follow-up actions
- Ensure maintenance work is planned, communicated, documented, and completed in a safe and timely manner
- Support maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and service coordination for site equipment and facility systems

This position ensures site equipment, facilities, vehicles, and support systems are maintained, documented, and ready to support ongoing operations. The Manager, Facilities will coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, site partners, and service providers to schedule maintenance, resolve issues, and keep facility work aligned with operational priorities.
The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a technical facility environment where maintenance planning, vendor coordination, documentation, and timely issue resolution matter.
