Job duties include: Support the investment team to build a best-in-class portfolio of direct investments and LP allocations in niche funds strategies. Participate in all aspects of the business. Conduct financial and operational due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including analysis of industry dynamics, competitive positioning, and management quality. Build detailed financial models and valuation analysis, including expected returns analysis. Prepare comprehensive investment memoranda and presentation materials for internal discussions and investment committee meetings. Support sourcing of new investment opportunities through market research, industry mapping, and networking with founders, sponsors, and intermediaries. Monitor and analyze portfolio company performance, including quarterly financial results, KPI tracking, and performance benchmarking.
