Be the management layer between the SVP Product and Stellar’s 4 independently run squads — own day-to-day delivery and act as the primary escalation point for all 4 PMs Hire, coach, and retain a high-performing team of Product Managers — running performance reviews and career development, and building a bench Stellar can count on beyond this roadmap cycle.
