About the role
This role supports one of Stord's most senior leaders and reports to the Chief of Staff. You'll own day-to-day calendar and inbox management, act as a trusted extension of the executive's office, and make sure time and attention go where they matter most. This is not a traditional administrative role. You'll need strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate without a lot of hand-holding.

- Proven ability to manage a complex, high-volume calendar across time zones
- Strong written communication skills -- you can draft in someone else's voice and get it right the first time
