About the role
The Site Manager, Health, Safety & Security is the primary HSS presence on the floor. This role is responsible for executing Stord's safety and security program at the site level -- embedded in daily operations, visible to employees and operators, and directly accountable for building a safe and secure working environment across an assigned set of facilities.
What they're looking for
- 4+ years of experience in health and safety, loss prevention, or operations compliance in a warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing environment
- Experience carrying safety and security accountability across more than one facility simultaneously preferred
- Proven track record of hands-on incident response, structured investigation, and corrective action management
- Experience delivering frontline safety training and measurably influencing employee behavior and site culture
- Operationally credible -- you've worked in fast-moving, high-volume environments and employees trust your judgment because you understand the work
- Visible and present -- you're on the floor, not behind a desk, and people know who you are and what you stand for
