At Stori, we’re looking for a Communications & Vendor Operations Manager to help transform the way we communicate with customers throughout the collections journey.
This is a strategic role for someone who combines operations, technology, automation, vendor management, and data-driven decision making and is excited to build scalable solutions in a fast-growing fintech environment.
What will you do?
🔹 Lead the strategy and execution of digital collections communications across WhatsApp, SMS, bulk messaging, and email throughout different stages of delinquency.
🔹 Drive automation and process optimization, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and customer engagement.
🔹 Own the relationship with key technology partners, including CRM, dialer, and digital communications platforms.
🔹 Manage external vendors, including performance, SLAs, integrations, transitions, and market scouting for new solutions.
🔹 Lead the evolution toward conversational automation and bots, including solutions for advanced delinquency stages, payment plans, discounts, and other customer benefits.
