Own multiple client deployments from post-sale design through go-live and stabilization – and be the single point of contact for VP-level stakeholders throughout. Work with client teams on architecture, data models, workflow design, and source-of-record decisions.

- Claims experience is irrelevant. You do need to be genuinely technical, highly structured, and strong with clients
