About the role
As the Product Marketing Manager, you’ll report to our Sr. Product Marketing Manager and be the second member of a growing product marketing function, supporting positioning, messaging, and growth strategy for Subsplash's expansive portfolio of church tech products.
What they're looking for
- Models humility, innovation, and a drive for excellence
- 3+ years of professional experience in product marketing or growth marketing, with direct experience in a B2B SaaS. B2C product marketing or marketing experience is a plus
- Proficiency with product marketing and analytics tools (e.g., Pendo, Arcade, Hubspot, Thoughtspot, or similar) to promote and track funnel performance
- Strong understanding of SaaS growth metrics: activation rate, trial-to-paid conversion, PQL volume, expansion revenue
- Comfortable and proficient with AI models and platforms (Claude, Gemini, etc) to improve efficiencies, workflows, and overall output
- Excellent written communication skills, with experience writing conversion-focused copy for self-serve landing pages and in-product messaging
