Strider’s Creative Services team turns strategy and creative direction into polished, on-brand experiences across every touchpoint. We’re looking for a Production Designer who takes pride in exceptional execution and wants to build their craft through a high volume of meaningful, varied work.
What they're looking for
- Required - Submit your portfolio demonstrating strong production design skills, design fundamentals, and attention to execution across a range of formats
- 1–3 years of experience in production design, graphic design, or a similar role producing high-quality creative work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of design principles and design systems, with demonstrated ability to apply established brand standards consistently
- Expertise in Figma and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Experience preparing files for professional print production and working with print specifications and production requirements
- Experience organizing and maintaining design files and creative assets within shared file-management or digital asset systems

This is a production-first design role.
