About the role
As Head of Executive Advisory Programs, you will define and build Stripe’s approach to executive advisory forums. You will own our existing global Customer Advisory Board and create the framework for launching and scaling complementary regional and segment councils. You will also identify and incubate new advisory programs as Stripe’s priorities and customer base evolve.

- Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with C-suite and other senior executives and to represent an organization credibly in executive settings
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional programs and defining clear responsibilities among teams with adjacent or overlapping remits
- Ability to understand technical products and concepts, identify the implications for customers, and connect executive feedback with product and business priorities
- Experience designing and delivering high-touch executive events with careful attention to the member experience, content, logistics, and follow-through
