About the role
As an Integration Engineer, you’ll help customers implement Metronome successfully and realize value quickly. You’ll lead technical work across requirements gathering, solution and integration design, configuration, testing, data migration, launch, and handoff.

- 5+ years of experience in technical or customer-facing roles involving SaaS products, such as sales engineering, solutions architecture, technical account management, or deployment strategy
- Experience leading complex implementations for enterprise technology companies
- Experience working in fast-moving environments that value initiative and ownership
- Ability to quickly learn and communicate technical concepts to technical, go-to-market, and finance stakeholders
- Interest in building and improving go-to-market playbooks, processes, and reusable assets
- Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time, depending on customer needs
