About the role
We’re hiring an Engineering Manager to lead Suno’s Revenue Growth engineering team: a cross-platform group of backend, web, iOS, and Android engineers who discover and deliver Suno’s highest-leverage commercial opportunities. The team owns pricing and packaging, paywalls and offers, subscriber retention, experimentation infrastructure, and revenue-driving UX improvements, partnering closely with product, data science and the commerce platform team.
What they're looking for
- Experience managing engineers (2+ years), following deep experience as a full-stack engineer
- Product and commercial judgment: comfortable shaping ambiguous roadmaps and connecting user behavior to business outcomes
- Experience running data-driven experimentation: forming hypotheses, choosing metrics, and discerning the limits of what data can teach us
- Hiring and org-building ability: identifying, sourcing, assessing, and retaining talent
- Cross-functional leadership: understanding partner goals, debating ideas constructively, communicating effectively, and building trust
- Genuine enthusiasm for Suno’s mission and the future of music
