About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and visionary VP, Product & Design to lead our product strategy and development. As the senior leader of the P&D team, you will be responsible for building and executing the roadmap that drives both short-term and long-term growth. This is a high-impact role where you’ll have the opportunity to work directly with the CEO and cross-functional teams to bring bold ideas to life.
What they're looking for
- 12+ years in product management
- 8+ years in people management, with experience leading teams of 20+
- 3+ years managing or leading design & research teams
- Proven track record of high performing teams, product success in the market, and business success
- Experience leading consumer products from zero to one and growth stage
- Strong operating range (can be strategic as well as tactical when needed)
