- Manage vendor relationships and evaluate pricing, quality, and material availability
- Coordinate delivery schedules and resolve shipping issues
- Verify materials and purchases upon delivery
- Review and authorize invoices while maintaining accurate records
- Manage inventory levels and related documentation
- Collaborate with Safety and EHS personnel to maintain required records
- Support day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities
- Purchasing, procurement, inventory, or related industry experience preferred
