- Develop and implement sales strategies and objectives that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Create and maintain sales and marketing materials such as presentations, sales script/pitch, proposals, and reports
- Help manage customer relationships and maintain communication with existing and potential customers
- Assist in developing and implementing operational processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality
- Work collaboratively with other departments such as growth, operations, and customer service to ensure business objectives are achieved
- Bonus points if you have decent knowledge of the US study abroad market
