If you're one to two years into your career and you'd rather design a steel beam, a timber frame, and a foundation in the same week than spend three years on one project's connection details, let's talk. You'll join the firm's design team, working under a PE-licensed supervisor alongside fellow EITs and drafters. Think of this role as a full-spectrum apprenticeship.
