- You've shipped a DeFi product to real users, and you can point to it
- A portfolio showing end-to-end product work — systems-level thinking alongside obsessive detail
- Track record of operating autonomously in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with limited oversight
- Comfortable without scaffolding: no design team, no design system to inherit, no one queuing your work
- You run your own research rather than waiting for it to be handed to you
