What they're looking for
- Experience: 5+ years of dedicated Product Management experience, with a proven track record of owning product roadmaps, driving strategy, and shipping impactful B2B SaaS or cybersecurity products
- Proven Leadership: Strong ability to influence, motivate, and align cross-functional teams and senior internal and external stakeholders
- Startup Agility: Demonstrated success navigating fast-paced, dynamic environments while maintaining a strong bias for action
- Strategic Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to bridge complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership
- Education: BA/BS Degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience). An MBA is a plus
