About the role
We're hiring a Manager, Licensing & Credentialing to lead our licensing, credentialing, and payer enrollment function. You'll combine operational leadership and direct ownership of complex, high-priority licensing and credentialing workflows (including the full provider onboarding and offboarding process and license pathway determinations) with day-to-day leadership of our L&C team. You will ensure providers stay licensed and credentialed as we grow into new states and payer relationships. Found on 1752vc Careers, the job board for startup and VC roles.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of direct, hands-on experience in state provider licensing, credentialing, and payer enrollment/revalidation workflows
- 2-3+ years of team leadership or people management experience managing a licensing and credentialing team or operational function
- Solid understanding of the broader U.S. healthcare landscape: payers, regulatory environment, and care delivery models within telehealth
- Working knowledge of compact licensure pathways (IMLC, PSYPACT, NLC, APRN Compact)
- Strong organizational and documentation skills, with comfort owning ambiguous, detail-heavy processes independently
- Familiarity with credentialing/licensing tracking software and CAQH/PECOS
