- MD or DO from an accredited institution
- Board-certified (or eligible) in Neurology (ABPN)
- Experience managing complex neurodegenerative conditions (e.g., Alzheimer's disease, MCI, Parkinson's disease, hereditary/sporadic ataxias, ALS, PLS)
- Comfortable with telehealth care delivery and working with remote, interdisciplinary teams
- Licensed (or ability to become licensed) to practice in multiple states (Synapticure provides licensure support)
- Passionate about improving care models and advancing outcomes for underserved patient populations
