About the role
You'll own enterprise revenue growth. That means sourcing, running, and closing $XXM+ programs with global pharma accounts, and then scaling them. You'll build the commercial playbook from scratch, work directly with the founders on deal strategy, and activate a rolodex of pharma execs you've spent years earning. Our engineering and delivery team moves fast. Your job is to find the opportunity and make the commitment. They'll find a way to deliver.
What they're looking for
- Source and close net-new enterprise accounts in pharma commercial (field excellence, commercial ops, medical affairs, digital health)
- Scale existing accounts from initial pilot to BU-wide deployment
- Build Synthio's GTM playbook: ICP definition, sales motion, pricing frameworks, expansion triggers
- Own senior pharma relationships at VP and above, across commercial, digital, and C-suite
