The pay range for this position is $180,000; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 10+ years of accounting and financial reporting experience , including significant banking or regulated financial services experience
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, bank accounting, regulatory reporting, internal controls, and financial close processes
- Experience with Call Reports, external audits, and building scalable accounting processes
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills

TabaBank is seeking an experienced Controller to lead the Bank’s accounting, financial reporting, regulatory reporting, financial controls, and close processes. Reporting to the CFO, this role will ensure the accuracy and integrity of the Bank’s financial records while building scalable accounting infrastructure for an OCC-regulated, payments-focused national bank.
The Controller will play a key role in integrating TabaBank’s accounting and reporting requirements with TabaPay and the broader organization, with particular emphasis on bank accounting, regulatory reporting, and high-volume payments and settlement activity.
