- Serve as the primary talent advisor to managers on performance management, employee relations, difficult conversations, corrective action, and terminations
- Lead workplace investigations from intake through resolution, including fact-finding, documentation, and recommendations
- Coach managers through sensitive employee situations and ensure consistent, thoughtful application of People policies
- Identify employee relations trends and recommend proactive solutions to the Director of People Operations
- Serve as a trusted and confidential resource for employees and managers
- Own HR compliance across all states where Take Command Health has employees, partnering with legal counsel on complex or high-risk matters
