About the role
As a Lead DevOps Engineer you’ll help lead efforts to design, automate, and optimize scalable, secure infrastructure. Collaborating with development, operations, and security teams, we drive CI/CD efficiency, system reliability, and automation. Beyond technical expertise, you’ll mentor engineers, shape strategy, and influence decisions to enhance Take-Two’s engineering culture.

- Engineering Lead: a track record of leading complex, enterprise-level platform initiatives with multi-disciplined teams
- The Stack: Mastery of Python or Node.js and App frameworks . Deep experience with APIs and leveraging them to differentiate solutions that work for Take-Two
- Architectural Rigor: Ability to design for multi-tenancy , ensuring isolation between studio environments while maintaining global standards
- Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with serverless computing, API Gateways, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Pulumi)
- Communication: A high bar for documentation and the ability to advocate for technical best practices to both engineers and executives
