Lead our Workplace Experience Team as a Senior Workplace Manager , crafting spaces that elevate productivity, creativity, and collaboration. You'll ensure operational excellence while driving tactical improvements across facilities, services, and the overall workplace environment.
What they're looking for
- 6–8 years of direct experience in workplace/facilities management, including 2+ years of team leadership
- Proven record of managing cross-functional teams in complex, fast-paced environments
- Strong track record in tactical decision-making, operations oversight, and process improvement
- Prior experience in creative, technical, or high-growth work environments strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Facilities, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field
- Advanced knowledge of workplace management practices, vendor contracts, and H&S compliance
