About the role
We are seeking a Workplace Manager to oversee daily operations, facilities, and workplace experience. You will manage a small team and lead a broad portfolio of responsibilities, from vendor management and space utilization to health & safety compliance, incident response, and change management. This is a people-first role focused on delivering outstanding service to our studio teams while optimizing our workplace operations to align with business goals.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Workplace/Facilities Management, Real Estate, Hospitality, or related field
- 6+ years’ experience in workplace/facilities operations
- Experience overseeing a multi-disciplinary function in a creative, technical, or high-growth environment
- Proven success in vendor management, space planning, capital works, and workplace compliance
- Strong leadership and team development skills with emotional intelligence and strategic mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence across multiple levels
