About the role
As a GTM Engineer at Taktile, you sit at the intersection of data, automation, and commercial strategy. You’re not a classic engineer, and you’re not a classic seller; you will design and operate the systems that power our revenue engine and own metrics around increasing sales efficiency.
What they're looking for
- Have technical fluency, commercial bias, curiosity, and an experimental mindset
- Strong understanding of API integrations, data pipelines, and event flows across a modern B2B SaaS GTM stack and familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Gong, Clay, Snowflake (or strong equivalents), and the ability to reason about how they should fit together
- A deep understanding of B2B sales motions (especially for complex, multi‑stakeholder deals)
- Have engineering experience working with complex technologies, varied datasets, and building data-driven productivity solutions with AI
