- Matrix Cross-Collaboration: Navigate complex, cross-functional matrix environments by building strong spheres of influence across both vertical and functional organizational structures
- Upward Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with leadership to secure project resources, protect project scope, and manage escalations gracefully
- Team Motivation & Focus: Keep project teams aligned, highly motivated, and focused on meeting deadlines in agile, fast-paced environments
- Schedule & Lifecycle Execution: Manage end-to-end project schedules, milestone tracking, and Software Development Lifecycles (SDLC) from roadmap planning to post-production launches
- Agile/Scrum Expertise: Lead daily operations using agile frameworks, leveraging relative estimation, scrum ceremonies, velocity tracking, and core product metrics
- Advanced PM Tools: Utilize Jira, Confluence, and MS Project for work breakdown, planning, task estimation, and cross-team collaboration
