About the role
Our Product Management team is actively seeking a new Director of Product Management focused on Data Platform, Cloud, and SaaS Architecture to join our passionate, driven, and fast-paced team. In this role, you will own and shape Tanium’s end-to-end data strategy across cloud and SaaS environments, partnering closely with engineering, product, design, and cross-functional leadership to define how Tanium stores, accesses, queries, moves, and visualizes data across the platform.
What they're looking for
- 8+ years of total professional experience in enterprise B2B software, with at least 5 years in product management supporting a SaaS, cloud platform, data platform, infrastructure, or security technology product
- Proven experience leading product strategy for complex technical platforms, including the ability to define opportunities, translate customer needs into requirements, and deliver products at enterprise scale
- Deep experience with cloud and SaaS architectures, with strong working knowledge of hyperscaler environments such as Azure and/or AWS
- Strong data platform experience, including one or more of the following:
- Query layers and large-scale database systems
- Data visualization and analytics experiences

You must also be comfortable setting strategic direction while staying close enough to the work to make high-quality product and architecture decisions.
