About the role
The role of an Executive Business Partner (EBP) at Taxbit will be to support and enable our leadership team by assisting in their day-to-day administrative and operational needs. EBPs will actively participate in and contribute to projects that help drive strategic initiatives in their areas of focus. They will play a critical role in supporting a growing number of business functions throughout the organization and providing leverage to their leadership pod. - 6+ years of total experience in an Executive BP, executive assistant, or similar role
- Proven track record supporting multiple executives with prompt, proactive communication
- Data-forward with strong data visualization skills in Excel, PowerPoint, or similar tools, proficient in Excel functions including: basic formulas, chart creations, pivot tables, and v-lookups
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with departmental leaders and executives
- Extraordinary attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to build and iterate on operational process, driving towards efficiency
