Our Coaching and Personnel products sit at the heart of how teams identify, develop, and manage talent, and right now we're at an inflection point. Several acquisitions have put us in position to build something no one else in this market can: a unified, AI-first platform that connects coaching workflows, talent acquisition, and on-field performance analytics into a single operating layer for elite sports.
We're hiring a Senior Director of Product to own this category end to end. This person will lead a team of PMs and product leaders across multiple markets, own the roadmap for our Coaching, Player Personnel, Recruiting, and Intelligence products, and be the face of this business unit with customers, partners, and leagues.
