We're hiring a Senior Software Engineer to help bring our Coaching & Player Personnel (CPP) products together on a stronger shared technical foundation. I'm Andrew Rodgers, Senior Manager, Engineering at Teamworks.
This is a full-stack role. You'll own important architecture decisions, build reusable services across sports and products, and work closely with an experienced engineering team and partners in Product, Data, and Design.
Own architecture and system design decisions for shared CPP services and product capabilities
Lead complex projects from technical discovery through implementation and release
Design and build reusable APIs, backend services, and front-end components/UI in Python and TypeScript.
Build and maintain data pipelines and integrations across CPP products
Improve automated testing and CI/CD practices so the team can ship changes confidently
Review code, mentor engineers, and align teams around practical technical standards
7+ years of professional software engineering experience, including substantial hands-on work with JavaScript and Python
