Partner with People Business Partners and People leadership to execute HR programs, policies, and processes that support business needs and employee experience Provide day-to-day guidance to employees and managers on HR procedures, policies, benefits, and people practices, escalating complex or high-risk matters as appropriate
What they're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, with strong exposure to generalist, employee relations, or business partner support functions
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR operations, compliance requirements, and employee lifecycle processes
- Experience supporting managers and employees in a fast-paced, high-growth, or complex business environment
- Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar platforms
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to support employees and managers effectively and professionally
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and documentation capability
