About the role
The Recruiting Manager is responsible for leading TeleMed2U's multi-specialty provider recruitment function, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains exceptional physicians, advanced practice providers, and psychotherapy providers to support clinical growth and strategic objectives. This role oversees full-cycle recruitment activities across a diverse portfolio of specialties, workforce planning initiatives, recruitment marketing, and talent pipeline development. What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of progressive experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, including full-cycle recruiting in a corporate or agency setting
- 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within recruiting or talent acquisition
- Experience recruiting for a mix of roles (e.g., clinical, technical, operational, and/or leadership positions), preferably within healthcare or telehealth
- Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes, sourcing strategies, and selection best practices
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate recruiting teams in a remote or distributed environment
