What they're looking for
- C-Suite Experience: At least 2 years of experience supporting senior executives, preferably in a fast-paced startup or tech environment
- Google Suite Proficiency: You don't just use Gmail, you know how to leverage Sheets for tracking and Drive for impeccable file organization
- Elite Time Management: You have a "get it done" mindset and the ability to prioritize a massive to-do list without dropping the ball
- Adaptability: You thrive in the ambiguity of a scaling company. When plans change (and they will), you know how to pivot
- Discretion: You handle sensitive company and personnel information with the utmost confidentiality
