What they're looking for
- 1–3+ years of full-cycle or inside sales experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
- A proven track record of hitting quota across both inbound conversion and outbound prospecting
- Strong discovery and closing skills — comfortable running a deal from first call to signature
- Excellent written and verbal communication, you can hold a credible business conversation with technical and non-technical buyers
- Disciplined pipeline management and Salesforce hygiene
