What they're looking for
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX engineering, front-end web development, or full-stack development, with a strong proficiency with React and TypeScript
- Strong knowledge of front-end performance optimizations and accessibility principles
- Passion for great design and user experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a knack for efficient, clean coding practices
- Experience utilizing AI tools for prototyping and development
- Outstanding communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to a diverse audience
