Recruiting : Source candidates and coordinate interviews while maintaining efficient communication between candidates, recruiters and all other stakeholders. Speak with candidates, update records in recruiting systems, and maintain data integrity to ensure accurate data tracking and reporting.
Business/Project Development (Part-Time)(Bastrop & Vegas) : Support project development by identifying, tracking and pursuing project leads, assist with the preparation of proposals and marketing materials.
Purchasing (Bastrop & Vegas) : First-hand experience analyzing supplier and spend data, communicating with suppliers, purchasing direct and/or indirect goods or services, and support of various projects like creating and implementing new processes.
