- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials, parts, tools, and equipment against purchase orders and packing slips
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment to unload, move, and stage incoming shipments
- Accurately document receipts, discrepancies, damages, and shortages in inventory or ERP systems
- Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, production, and logistics teams to resolve shipment issues quickly
- Label, organize, and move received materials to proper storage or staging areas
- Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient receiving area while following company safety procedures
