What they're looking for
- The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of Product, SEA, and PLG experience . They are technical , deeply data driven, and highly interested in AI driven workflows , particularly in onboarding and activation
- The culture is fast moving and sometimes chaotic , with international profiles being a strong fit. Speaking Spanish is a strong plus but not a requirement
- Long tenure in previous roles is preferred, and the company is intentionally avoiding overly corporate profiles that look strong on paper but lack execution mindset
