About the role

The Project Manager, Development owns the integrated execution of one or more nuclear development projects through the Front-End Loading (FEL) stage-gate process, with accountability for scope, schedule, cost, and risk across all development workstreams. They integrate a broad matrixed team spanning land, licensing, permitting, interconnection, engineering, environmental, cost, finance, legal, and commercial functions, and serve as the single point of accountability to the project sponsor.

What they're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related technical field
  • 8+ years of project management experience on large capital projects, including 3+ years in early-phase development or front-end loading (FEL/FEED) environments
  • Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams within a stage-gate or phase-gate governance framework
  • Working knowledge of project controls fundamentals: CPM scheduling, cost estimate classification (AACE), risk management, and change control
  • Strong executive-level written communication, proficiency with scheduling tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project) and advanced Excel
