As Thread AI’s first AI Builder Advocate, you are the person who proves what is possible on Lemma—and then shows the world exactly how to do it. Lemma is built for builders across the entire technical spectrum. Your audience isn't just the staff engineer wiring agents into production infrastructure; it’s also the highly technical operator automating a massive enterprise workflow that used to take a team weeks to execute. Your job is to meet all of them where they are.
What they're looking for
- An Educator at Heart: You have a proven portfolio of teaching things to technical audiences—whether through technical blogging, open-source contributions, video tutorials, or public speaking
- AI-Native: You build with LLMs and agentic frameworks daily. You understand the nuances of the modern AI stack (context windows, embeddings, MCP servers, and model latency) and know how the pieces fit together
- High Autonomy, Low Ego: You thrive in unstructured environments. You don't wait for a spec, you see a gap in the builder experience and you ship the solution
- An Exceptional Communicator: You can simplify dense architectural concepts without dumbing them down. You care about truth, clarity, and precision in technical content and can translate technical concepts into compelling narratives
