About the role
You will be the only PM at our company - the central node of how we execute cross-functionally. You’ll be the first, or “founding” PM for Titan’s RIA. So it goes without saying that you should have exceptional PM skills that can thrive in a super fast-paced, complex, multi-stakeholder environment.

- Founder-like Operator → Proven ability to take ideas from roadmap to execution in ambiguous environments. Former / Current founders welcome
- Scrappy, Organized → You’re extremely hands-on & resourceful, able to bring order to fast-paced, ambitious start up environments
- Data-Driven → You track what matters and use it to make better decisions
- Wartime Experience → You've thrived in a fast-moving, resource-constrained environment. Ideally you've been the first or only PM at a start up high-growth tech company
- User Obsession & Insights-driven Mindset → Deep empathy for clients and passion for translating insights into product decisions
- Fintech Experience / Acumen → Strong understanding of financial products, regulations, and user behavior in the space. Experience in a regulated industry is a plus
