About the role
As a Monitoring Representative at Tive, you will play a critical role in the larger ecosystem of IoT devices, software, and people that work to ensure shippers and 3rd party logistic providers (3PLs) can rest easy knowing their shipment is being monitored at all times.

- Experience in the supply chain industry.
- Previous experience working with truckers, dispatchers, carriers, and/or 3PLs
- Experience with customer support tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages (German, Spanish, Mandarin, etc.).
- You will actively monitor shipments on the Tive platform.
- You will address and resolve alerts triggered by Tive tracking devices.
