As a Monitoring Agent at Tive, you will play a critical role in the larger ecosystem of IoT devices, software, and people that work to ensure shippers and 3rd party logistic providers (3PLs) can rest easy knowing their shipment is being monitored at all times.

As a Monitoring Agent at Tive, you will play a critical role in the larger ecosystem of IoT devices, software, and people that work to ensure shippers and 3rd party logistic providers (3PLs) can rest easy knowing their shipment is being monitored at all times.
- As a Hybrid role, the successful candidate must be able to regularly attend the Kosovo office for training and meetings where required.
- There is one available shift for this role:
- 15:00 - 23:00 Prishtina Time
- Experience in a customer-facing role (customer service, support, retail, sales, etc. Internships count!)
