About the role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Receiver to join our warehouse team and manage incoming inventory at our GigaOne and South Salt Lake facilities. This role is essential for maintaining accurate stock levels and ensuring our manufacturing teams have the parts they need to build the future of energy infrastructure. You will be the first point of contact for incoming shipments, responsible for verifying precision in our supply chain and maintaining data integrity within our warehouse management system.
What they're looking for
- 4+ years of experience in warehouse, shipping, or receiving operations
- Proven experience in a receiving-specific role within a warehouse environment
- Certified or highly proficient in forklift operation and moving heavy materials
- Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), experience with NetSuite is strongly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and a solution-based mindset for resolving shipping discrepancies

- Inspect incoming products for damage, missing items, or incorrect quantities.
- Compare arrived goods against system orders to identify discrepancies.
- Enter received items into the NetSuite warehouse management system, including scanning barcodes and labeling products.
- Update stock levels and ensure inventory is properly organized and labeled for storage.
- Communicate effectively with purchasing, inventory control, and warehouse staff regarding arrivals or shipment issues.
