About the role
The Sourcing Contract Administrator works in close partnership with the Senior Sourcing Manager, who owns commercial strategy development, negotiation of long-term supplier agreements, and placement of high-dollar-value purchase orders. Where the Sourcing Manager sets the strategic and contractual foundation, the Sourcing Contract Administrator serves as the fulfillment coordinator responsible for executing and administering those agreements and purchase orders day to day.

- Supplier Communication: Serve as the primary operational point of contact for day-to-day supplier communication regarding order status, shipment tracking, and delivery confirmations
- Other duties and projects as assigned
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years of experience in procurement, contract administration, purchasing, materials management, or supply chain coordination
- Working knowledge of purchase order lifecycle management, contract terms, and supplier fulfillment processes
- Experience with ERP/procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) for order and contract administration
