About the role
The Solutions Delivery Manager supports our Professional Services team and customers by facilitating data mapping and analysis activities throughout the customer onboarding lifecycle. This role is customer facing and is responsible for consulting with internal and external stakeholders to complete data mapping and ingestion activities.
What they're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience in Business Analyst or comparable technical role
- 3-5 years of experience required, SaaS preferred
- 3+ years of experience working in a B2B software environment
- Proficient using SQL and Excel to extract, manipulate, review and interpret large amounts of data
- Experience structuring large data sets from a complex data model to find usable information
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

They will also be key in the development of best practices in usage of our platform.
