People find Town, start using it themselves, and bring their teams and companies with them — so we already have real enterprise usage and more inbound than we can keep up with. That groundswell is now turning into a go-to-market motion, and we've made our first commercial hires. What we need next is the person who builds the team behind the revenue: the recruiter who helps us hire our sales, marketing, and operations org from the ground up.
